Luxurious Yin

Immerse yourself into deeply nourishing and calming yin practices that will help you to unplug and unwind. Wiebke’s yin is designed to provide cellular recharge to all your organs and all parts of the body and she incorporates her knowledge about meridians and Chinese medicine into her classes. Some of these classes have an educational focus and there is more talk on meridian theory whilst others she gives you the space you need to fully drop into your own space and body. Enjoy and unwind, unplug.
