Shake & Release
My personal collection of energy release practices. The purpose of these practices is to unscramble toe forcefields so the energy body is healthy, aligned and strong. A healthy body is a fluid body and energy hygiene is an important aspect of our daily routine to keep us healthy and our body & cells healthy and recharged. I do these practices EVERY morning after I got up (after my warm lemon water). It helps me to start my day in the right frequency and I feel vibrant and awake.

Shake the Chi
Teacher: Wiebke
About the practice: The ancient Qi Gong masters developed a method called “shaking the QI’ that helps to clear our own energy field. This is beneficial to remove stuck or dull energy, blockages, tiredness and will leave us with a refreshed & rejuvenated feeling and energy field. Best done at the end of a stressful day or after an incident that ‘shook’ you. Up a bit or simply when you just feel you need to clear something out of your field.
