Each evening includes some theory on latest research on neuro plasticity (how the brain and mind work). You’ll then immerse in guided meditation techniques and buddhist based healing methods. Each class ends with restorative yin and healing reiki for a deep restore for your body & nervous system.
Learn evidence based mindfulness and meditation practices to calm and centre your mind, to sleep better and reduce anxiety levels. I am offering a well balanced mix of carefully selected practices, and talks that will open a gateway into a more intentional and calmer way of living and being. Helping you to shift from ‘this is too much’ to ‘I can handle this’. Mindfulness is a proven method to help reduce stress, reduce anxiety levels, and calms the nervous system. It is a practice worth learning as you can apply these techniques and tools not only in your every day life but also during phases that are challenging. You will find stability within all that. Each of the four evenings I will share some theory on latest research on the brain and mind (neuroplasticity and neurobiology) and then guide through selected mindfulness practices. Each session ends with a relaxation and some healing reiki touch, allowing you to also deeply rest and restore. I will hold space for you and you’ll feel more connected and stronger. Plus you get to meet likeminded souls and sit weekly in community weekly. Which is healing as well.
Everyone is welcome. No previous experience in mindfulness or meditation needed. The combination of some theory and practice will help you better understand how your mind or brain are working, which can help with the follow through and implementation of these amazing and powerful techniques.
